Open Ear: This latest style helps speech to remain natural and clear by keeping the ear open.

Receiver-in-the-canal (RIC): This new style, like the open ear style, lessens or eliminates the occlusion effect to help keep speech natural and clear.

Behind-the-ear (BTE): Fits behind the ear with enough room to accommodate the widest selection of hearing aid technology and hearing loss.

Custom Made Hearing Aid Styles

Completely-in-the-canal(CIC): This smallest style is hidden in the shadow of the canal.

In-the-canal (ITC): Small enough to fit in the ear canal with enough room for effective technology.

In-the-ear (ITE): Large enough so adjustments to controls are easy.
